1.- The duties of the Information Processing Department are defined as follows in 124 SKHK.
* To operate the information processing systems at the university and to support education, teaching and research.
* To provide other information processing services required by the university.
2.- To establish the information processing system in cooperation with the central and other campuses of our university (Rectorate, Faculty, College, Institute and other units), to perform maintenance and repairs, and to carry out related services with the relevant units.
- To ensure coordination and cooperation between university units regarding information processing projects.
- To make arrangements in line with the principles determined by the university regarding the procurement, maintenance, and repair of information systems within the scope of information technologies with the Rectorate and other units.
- To establish electronic information, document, and workflow systems in line with developments in information technology, to develop, implement, and enforce projects for this purpose.
- To monitor developing information technologies and provide opinions and suggestions regarding their transfer to the university.
- To ensure the regularity and updating of the internet and information systems infrastructure in all university units in line with current technologies to ensure business continuity.
- To ensure the security of the university's data and information and to create and develop data security policies.
